For UK waste carriers
The waste transfer note app built for UK carriers.
Capture digital waste transfer notes and hazardous consignment notes from your phone — even with no signal. Aligned with DEFRA's Digital Waste Tracking service ahead of the October 2027 mandatory deadline for waste carriers.

The paper problem
Triplicate WTNs belong in a skip.
Carbon-copy waste transfer notes get lost in the cab, smudged in the rain, or stuffed in a glovebox that never reaches the office. When the Environment Agency knocks, the duplicate book is on the wrong truck and the EWC code on the top copy says “general waste” because nobody had the chapter list handy at 6 a.m.
The new Digital Waste Tracking regs don't fix that — they raise the stakes. From October 2027 carriers, brokers and dealers must submit movement records digitally. A skip-hire firm or waste-transfer-station operator running paper books on the day the mandate lands is going to have a very expensive autumn.
What you get
Everything a waste consignment note software should do.
Built specifically for UK waste carriers — not a generic field-service tool with a WTN PDF bolted on. Every screen, every field, every export is shaped around how digital waste tracking actually works on the kerbside.
Digital WTNs on mobile
Capture a fully digital waste transfer note on iOS or Android — fields, signature, photos, all on a phone at the kerbside. Works offline and syncs when you're back in signal.
EWC code lookup built in
Type the waste, get the code. The full UK List of Wastes ships inside the app with AI-assisted search, so you never staple the wrong EWC code onto a consignment.
Hazardous consignment notes
Generate Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes with Parts A–E, HP code selection, ADR sub-section and the statutory consignor's certificate — all from the same waste transfer note app.
Multi-tenant for carrier teams
Add drivers and admins under one organisation. Each role sees only what it needs; every digital consignment note is stamped with who created and signed it.
Audit-ready exports
Full chain of custody from collection to receipt, plus one-click CSV and PDF exports for Environment Agency audits or finance reconciliation.
DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking ready
Built end-to-end around the DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking service so carriers are ready well before the October 2027 mandate — not scrambling six weeks out.

How it works
Capture on site. Sync to cloud. Audit-ready.
Step 1 of 3
Capture on site
Driver fills in the waste transfer note app on a phone — customer, EWC code, quantity, container, signature, photos. Works with zero signal.
Step 2 of 3
Sync to the cloud
The moment the device hits signal, the digital WTN syncs to your WTNcloud dashboard and the customer's email lands with a branded PDF.
Step 3 of 3
Audit-ready records
Search and export every consignment, see Part E receipts from receiving sites, and submit DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking entries automatically.
Ready for digital waste tracking before the deadline.
DEFRA's Digital Waste Tracking (DWT) service is being rolled out in phases under the Environment Act 2021. Receiving sites come first in October 2026; carriers, brokers and dealers follow in October 2027 (Scotland January 2027). WTNcloud is built around the DWT API so digital waste transfer notes raised in the app become DEFRA-compliant records on day one.
Environment Agency register
Your waste carrier registration number lives on every digital WTN, hazardous consignment note and DWT movement record. We'll push movements straight to the DEFRA service against your registration once the carrier API is live.
Hazardous consignment notes
Full HWCN flow with Parts A–E, the consignor's certificate, HP code selection, the ADR sub-section and premises-code rules — including handling for POPs waste.

From £16.25/month — or pay per WTN.
That's the Solo plan billed annually. Four plans, all with offline use, EU data storage and full audit exports — see the full pricing table on the homepage.
